Al Cruz, US citizen, co-founder of CUP Sciences, and director of PERA Complexity, is an industrial engineer, physicist, mathematician, and advanced researcher in nonlinear/chaotic systems. Al Cruz has authored several patents and papers in complexity-based engineering and is the lead inventor of PERA's technologies. 

Quelita Moreno, US citizen, co-founder of CUP Sciences and Director at PERA Complexity, is an entrepreneur and international lawyer. Ms. Moreno has negotiated and coordinated CUP’s multiple scientific and institutional alliances. She will oversee the alignment among the different institutional partners, and leads PERA's IP management activities.

Valdemar de Oliveira Neto ("Maneto") is PERA's the Global Impact Director and Board member of World-Transforming Technologies – WTT Foundation – an organization dedicated to accelerate the deployment of disruptive technologies which are relevant to sustainable development.

 Killian Verder is the Business and Systems engineer at PERA. Having shown  excellence in academics with honors degrees in physics, economics, and complexity  science, Killian brings an integrated approach into innovation management, balancing  a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental science behind PERA’s IP with  expertise in market dynamics and business development. 

Rodrigo Tavares is an Adjunct Full Professor at NOVA School of Business and  Economics (Nova SBE), where he teaches master’s and executive education courses  in sustainable finance, corporate sustainability, and artificial intelligence, in addition to  conducting research in these fields. 3 He is the Founder and CEO of the Granito Group, a financial firm headquartered in the  United Kingdom dedicated to advancing the sustainable economy through strategic  consulting, financial advisory, and policy & research services
